{"id":44,"date":"2024-06-28T09:52:52","date_gmt":"2024-06-28T08:52:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.redripple.co.uk\/a3sgwl\/?page_id=44"},"modified":"2025-05-18T18:57:58","modified_gmt":"2025-05-18T17:57:58","slug":"overview","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.redripple.co.uk\/a3sgwl\/overview\/","title":{"rendered":"Overview"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The league shall have a maximum of five clubs, playing in one&nbsp;division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each club will therefore play up to 8&nbsp;matches, 4 home and 4 away during the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The season will be from 1<sup>st<\/sup> October through mid-March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any matches rescheduled because of bad weather or force majeure to be played before the end of the season. If unable to do so the match will be calculated as a draw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the end of the season there shall be a Presentation Day. Generally, this shall involve a small selection of members from each club playing a shotgun Texas Scramble round in mixed teams with a dinner afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The host for the Presentation Day will be the previous year\u2019s winners. NOTE: For the 2025\/6 season will be at Old Thorns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should a new club join the league, the current structure may be amended and&nbsp;ratified at an annual committee meeting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The league shall have a maximum of five clubs, playing in one&nbsp;division.
