Initially the 2024\/5 chair will be from Old Thorns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The league shall be run by a committee, whose members will be drawn one from each member club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A quorum shall be three committee members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All changes to the constitution and rules must be voted upon by the committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a tied vote the chair&#8217;s vote will prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At least one face-to-face meeting of the committee will to be held annually.
