At the extreme west of the preferred travel area\, let’s see how it goes.  \nClick here to watch a short video of the facilities at Sandford Springs. \nAs usual no catering organised.  \nFree Wi-Fi is available in the Clubhouse Hotel and The Clock House all complimentary to our visitors. \nThe Clubhouse is open daily for breakfast from 7am followed by morning coffee\, lunches and snacks. \nBooking\nSandford Springs have asked for a £10 deposit for each player. \nThe booking is for 18 – 20 players\, £180 has been paid.  \nThey also want the balance to be paid 2 weeks (originally 1 month) before the day. This means that I (you) will need to confirm your attendance and payment early\, not on the day.  \nI will look to accommodate those that are uncertain until nearer the day but if there are only 16 2 weeks before there will be little to no scope to do that. \n
