Ham Manor proved to be an interesting course and one that we should probably include on the programme for 2024. The course is surrounded by some rather nice houses which back onto the course as though it is a private course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The course proved to suit some of us better than others, the fairways were firm, and the greens anything other than flat.<\/p>\n\n\n

Why John Sargeant hit his ball here is anyone\u2019s guess but well done to him in carding 38 points to finish top individually on the day.<\/p>\n\n\n

Congratulations to Martin Hodgson, scoring 38 points which was 2nd<\/sup> overall after countback. Martin has been saying for a year or so that his handicap ought to be higher than the 24-26 he has been playing off since his purple years (2019-2021) when he was frequently winning. The wine did not stay in the bottle for long!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
