A Few Facts<\/h3>\n

  1. Five of the six venues were played. Hartley Wintney was a complete wash out, only afterwards did I hear that it is best not to play there until the better weather.<\/li>\n
  2. Average turnout was 17, with a high of 22 at Puttenham.<\/li>\n
  3. Three new players were introduced by members and asked to be added to the ‘members’ distribution list.<\/li>\n
  4. Average cost of a day was \u00a339, excluding lunch on the final day at Cowdray but including the full English at Littlehampton.<\/li>\n
  5. A total of 2,719 Stableford points were scored over 88 rounds at an average of 30.9.<\/li>\n
  6. Generally prizes on the day were shared among 5 or 7 players.<\/li>\n
  7. Terry Deyoung and Chris Grimes managed to pick up the most ‘gold pins’.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
