League clubs shall be drawn from a geographical area generally south of the M25 along the A3 corridor.
Players must be aged 55 years or over and be members of the club they represent, with a formal handicap index.
A maximum league handicap index of 36 will apply. Players with HI larger than 36 will have their Playing HC based on a HI of 36.
