Corhampton – 2024
With the hope that summer had arrived 17 players arrived at Corhampton, bacon and sausages were consumed by those that arrived early, After a cool start to the day the sun managed to shine after the front 9.
The course was in a very reasonable condition, plenty of space around tree lined fairways allowing miss placed drives or second shots to be recovered. The greens were took a little getting used to. Many players pitched short of the green, looking for a kind bounce and gentle roll towards the green only to find themselves having rolled through the green and down the bank behind.
Neil Sillett, Mickey Baker and Noel Reidy made their Peripatos debuts.
Adrian, Neil and Noel played as ‘blinds’ for the teams of 3.
