Hair Today Gone Tomorrow
New Par 3 at Littlehampton
The Peripatos GS head greenkeeper produced a new par 3, Hair Today Gone Tomorrow, for the day out at Littlehampton.
A short hole (20 inches) with an elevation of 12 inches from tee to green crossing the collar of uncertainty.
The professional’s advise is, aim to the left allowing the ball to take the natural contour and undulations of the fairway to the right.
Too far to the left will leave the ball in deep rough, the best advise then being take your punishment, rarely has hacking it out worked!
NOTE: Since it was introduced the fairway has quickly become overgrown, the rough has returned.
